Upskillz stores the information needed to authenticate learners, restore progress, and run the certification practice experience.
- Email address
- Name or profile information provided by the authentication provider, if available
- Exam attempts
- Practice history
- Learning progress
- Question feedback
- Paid access and certification pack entitlement information
Authentication and payments
Authentication is handled by Supabase.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Upskillz never stores payment card information.
How data is used
Upskillz uses stored data only to:
- Authenticate users
- Provide learning progress
- Restore sessions
- Manage paid access and certification pack entitlement
- Improve question quality
Deleting your data
You may request deletion of your account and stored learning data. Once deleted, Upskillz may no longer be able to restore your progress or certification pack access history for that account.
