What Upskillz Lab stores
Upskillz Lab stores the information needed to authenticate learners, restore progress, and run the certification practice experience.

- Paid access and certification pack entitlement information
- Optional lifecycle email consent, suppression, and delivery history
- Limited first-party return and conversion attribution for lifecycle email
Authentication and payments
Authentication is handled by Supabase.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Upskillz Lab never stores payment card information.
Optional lifecycle email
Upskillz Lab sends lifecycle email only after an explicit, unchecked opt-in and confirmation of the email address. Account creation alone is not consent, and existing or OAuth-created accounts are opted out by default.
Lifecycle messages are limited to useful onboarding, unfinished free-practice, and free-lane completion messages. You can unsubscribe globally at any time from the email or your communication preferences. This does not disable authentication, security, or payment messages.
Resend processes lifecycle delivery. We retain an opaque send identifier and necessary send, delivery, click, bounce, complaint, suppression, and unsubscribe status. We do not use an open-tracking pixel. A first-party identifier may attribute a return, session, or Premium conversion for up to seven days after a lifecycle email click.
First-party analytics
Upskillz Lab records limited product events needed to understand whether the learning experience works, including page visits, practice sessions, checkout steps, and lifecycle-email returns. Anonymous events use a browser-local random identifier. Tagged campaign information and bounded referrer data may be retained for attribution; answers, payment-card details, and email message contents are not placed in analytics events.
How data is used
Upskillz Lab uses stored data only to:
- Authenticate users
- Provide learning progress
- Restore sessions
- Manage paid access and certification pack entitlement
- Improve question quality
- Measure product and lifecycle-email effectiveness without open-pixel tracking
Deleting your data
You may request deletion of your account and stored learning data. Once deleted, Upskillz Lab may no longer be able to restore your progress or certification pack access history for that account.
